When shooting at a slow shutter speed
is necessary, brace

firmly

use a
tripod.
When
the pointer is
in
the overexposure zone, correc-
tion
can be
made
by stopp
ing
t he lens aperture down
to
give
less exposure
(i.e., f/S to
fill
or
f/16,
etc.). A
neu-
tral
density
filter
may also
be emp loyed
for
exposu re
adjustment.
When
the pointer is in
t
he
long exposure zone,
un
less
extend exposure
is desired,
open
the
lens aperture
(f/S
to
f /5.6
or
f/2.S,
etc.)
to
obta
in
a
faster
shutte
r
speed.
Long
exposures
(up to 4
seconds) may be made
in
this
zone
if a tripod is used.
