The containers 3 and the base 4 can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher. If possible, place the parts in the upper dishwasher
basket and do not jam them in.
Possible causes
The appliance is not connect-
ed to a mains power socket.
The appliance is damaged.
The thermal cut-out has been
triggered.
The ventilation slots may be
blocked or the appliance
may not have clearance from
surrounding objects.
Possible solutions
Connect the appliance to a
mains power socket.
Contact the Customer Service
department.
Disconnect the plug and
allow the appliance to
cool down. Make sure that
the ventilation slits are not
blocked and that a clearance
of 30 cm is ensured on all
sides of the appliance.
