¡ 250 ml lukewarm water
¡ 14 g dried yeast
¡ 15 g salt

¡ 1 tsp whole caraway seeds
¡ 2 tbsp ground bread spice
Processing
¡ Add the ingredients for the
dough.
¡ Close the lid.
¡ Process for 3 minutes at
speed 11.
¡ Process min. 500 g dough at the
same time.
Tip: For max. 1 kg dough, you can
then use the automatic programme
