During chopping, food is cut up into fine or coarse pieces.
Note
The processing time will affect the resulting piece size of almonds:

Remove the sinews and cut into pieces 2 cm x 2 cm in size.

Cut into pieces of 10 g and press the onions down with the spatula from
time to time.
