6. PROBLEMS / CAUSES / SOLUTIONS
ATTENTION:
All repairs must be carried out exclusively by
a specialised technician, with the stove
completely cold and the stove unplugged.
PROBLEM
Pellets not being fed
into the combustion
chamber.
The fire goes out or the
stove stops
automatically.
The stove runs for a
few minutes and then
goes out.
Pellets build up
grate, door glass gets

PELLET STOVES
 Refill pellet hopper.
 Empty the hopper and manually free the
auger of sawdust.
 Replace feed motor.
 Replace electronic board.

 Let the stove cool down completely, reset
the
relight stove; if problem persists, and
contact technical assistance.
 Close the door or replace the gaskets
with original spare parts.
 Change to a type of pellet recommended
by the manufacturer.
 Have the fuel feed rate checked by
technical service.
 Clean the combustion chamber, following
instructions in the manual.
 Clean the vent system.
 Check the motor and replace if
necessary.
 Re-run lighting cycle.
