INSTALLATION
3.1
UPS RECEIPT
Please inspect every single element of the device before proceeding to installation. If from the
packaging conditions and/or the external appearance of the equipment, damage is detected,
immediately contact the dispatch company or the retailer. The declaration of damage must be
carried out within 6 days of the product receipt and the carrier must be notified directly. If the
product must be sent back to the manufacturer, please use the original packaging.
Danger for people following transport damage
Mechanical damage to electrical components poses a serious danger for people and
property. If you are unsure the packaging is completely intact or the product
contained within, contact the manufacturer before installation and/or commissioning.
3.1.1 Storage
Protection against humidity and any damage during transport is normally guaranteed by
packaging. Do not keep the UPS outdoors.
Danger of damage caused by inappropriate storage
➢ The storage environmental conditions are the same valid for installation of the
device.
➢ Keep the device only in premises protected against dust and humidity.
➢ The device cannot be preserved outdoors.
