WARNING
Change the seal or the piston
only with the mixer shut down
and empty.
Clean all exterior surfaces thor-
oughly using products suita-
ble for the materials to be
mixed.
Take special care not to dam-
age the inside of the sample
draw casing.
Do not insert tools into the dis-
charge door since this could
damage the sample draw.
CHANGING THE PISTON ON
THE MANUAL OPERATED
SAMPLE DRAW
Use handwheel to move the pad
"2" against the cover "3" in the
direction shown by the arrow.
Unscrew the four screws "1" and
remove the cover and the pad
from body "4" of the sample
taking device.
Slacken off nuts "5" and unscrew
pad "2".
Slightly lubricate the pad and the
inside of the body "4".
Install the sample taking device
in the reverse order described
above to dismantle it.
Move the pad a little under no
load conditions to clamp the seal.

VAROITUS
Vaihda männän tiiviste vain kun
sekoitin on pysäytetty ja tyhjä.
Puhdista kaikki ulkopinnat
huolellisesti käyttäen sellaisia
puhdistusaineita, jotka ovat so-
pivia sekoitettavalle aineelle.
Huolehdi erityisesti, että näyt-
teenottoastian sisäosa ei vau-
rioidu.
Älä laita mitään työkaluja pois-
toluukun sisälle, sillä ne voi-
vat vaurioittaa näytteenotinta.
MANUAALISEN NÄYTTEENOT-
TIMEN MÄNNÄN VAIHTO
Käytä käsipyörää siirtääksesi
kantta 3 vasten olevan männän 2
nuolen osoittamaan suuntaan.
Irrota neljä ruuvia 1 sekä irrota
kansi ja mäntä näytteenottimen
rungosta 4
Löysää mutterit 5 ja irrota mäntä
2.
Voitele mäntä ja rungon 4 sisä-
osa.
Näytteenottimen uudelleenasen-
nus tapahtuu suorittamalla yllä-
mainitut ohjeet päinvastaisessa
järjestyksessä.
Siirrä mäntää vähän silloin, kun
se ei ole kuormitettuna, jotta voit
kiristää tiivisteen.

Effectuer les opérations de
remplacement du joint ou du
tampon avec le mélangeur à
l'arrêt et vide.
Nettoyer soigneusement les
surfaces en utilisant des pro-
duits adaptés au type de ma-
tière à mélanger.
Faire très attention à ne pas
endommager l'intérieur du
corps du prélèvement échan-
tillons.
Ne pas introduire des outils par
la bouche de déchargement
car ils peuvent endommager le
prélèvement échantillons.

Agir sur le volant pour bouger le
tampon "2" dans le sens indiqué
par la flèche jusqu'à buter con-
tre le couvercle "3".
Dévisser les quatre vis "1" et dé-
poser le couvercle et le tampon
du corps "4" du prélèvement
échantillons.
Desserrer les écrous "5" et dé-
visser le tampon "2.
Lubrifier légèrement le tampon et
l'intérieur du corps "4".
Monter le prélèvement échan-
tillons en suivant l'ordre inverse
des opérations de démontage.
Faire accomplir quelques mou-
vements à vide au tampon pour
bloquer le joint.

Effettuare le operazioni di so-
stituzione della guarnizione o
del tampone con mescolatore
fermo e vuoto.
Pulire accuratamente le super-
fici utilizzando prodotti adatti
al tipo di materiale da mesco-
lare.
Prestare attenzione a non dan-
neggiare l'interno del corpo
del prelievo campioni.
Non introdurre dalla bocca di
scarico utensili poichè potreb-
bero danneggiare il prelievo
campioni.
SOSTITUZIONE DEL TAMPO-
NE (BAGUES) NEL PRELIEVO
CAMPIONI AD AZIONAMENTO
MANUALE
Agire sul volantino per muovere
il tampone "2" nel senso indicato
dalla freccia fino contro il coper-
chio "3".
Svitare le quattro viti "1" e sfilare
il coperchio e il tampone dal cor-
po "4" del prelievo campioni.
Allentare i dadi "5" e svitare il
tampone "2".
Lubrificare leggermente il tampo-
ne e l'interno del corpo "4".
Montare il prelievo campioni ope-
rando in modo inverso a quanto
descritto per lo smontaggio.
Effettuare alcuni movimenti a
vuoto del tampone per arrestare
la guarnizione.
