Dismantling the bearing
Note
Before dismantling the bearing:
- refer to page M.64;
- screw the seal gland all the way
down to eliminate play (due to pack-
ing wear) between the packing and
the tool carrier rotor.
Eliminating this play will enable the
packing to support the tool carrier
rotor and keep it centered.

- Slacken off screws "1" and remove
the cover "2".
- Slacken nuts "3".

Dismantle the bearing mount to-
gether with bearing "5" and seal "6"
using an extractor tool.
- Dismantle bearing "5" from the cas-
ing using the requisite extractor.
Installing the bearing assembly
Follow these steps to install the bear-
ingg assembly:
- lubricate with oil: seal "6", the out-
side ring of external bearing and
their seatings in the casing.
- Install seal "6".
- Install bearing "5" in the mounting
using a press.
- Install and screw down cover "2" on
the mounting "4" using screws "1".
- Fill with grease using the requisite
grease gun.
Refer to M.72 for details on the
amount of grease to use.

Laakerin irrotus
Huomaa
Ennen laakereiden irrottamista:
- Lue sivu M.64.
- Kierrä tiivistysholkin kansi kokonaan
kiinni, jotta (tiivisteen kulumisen ta-
kia) tiivisteen ja roottoriakselin vä-
liin ei jää välystä.
Tämän välyksen poistaminen mah-
dollistaa sen, että tiiviste tukee root-
toriakselia ja pitää sen keskiöitynä.
- Löysennä ruuveja 1 ja irrota kansi 2.
- Irrota mutterit 3.
Irrota laakerin kannatin yhdessä laa-
kerin 5 ja tiivisteen 6 kanssa.
- Irrota laakeri 5 pesästä. Käytä tarvit-
taessa sopivaa ulosvetäjää.
Laakereiden asennus
Noudata laakerin asennuksessa seu-
raavia ohjeita:
- Voitele öljyllä tiiviste 6, ulommaisen
laakerin ulommainen rengas ja nii-
den kiinnitykset laakeripesässä.
- Asenna tiiviste 6.
- Asenna laakeri 5 kannattimeen pai-
namalla.
- Asenna ja kiinnitä kansi 2 ruuveilla
1 pesään 4.
- Täytä öljypumpun avulla öljyllä (öl-
jyn laatu, katso M.72).

Dèmontage du palier
Remarque
Avant de démonter le palier il faut:
- consulter page M.64;
- visser à fond la garniture à tresse
pour éliminer le jeu (dû à l'usure de
la garniture) entre la
garniture et le rotor porte-outils.
L'élimination du jeu permet à la gar-
niture à tresse de soutenir et de
centrer le rotor porte-outils.
- Dévisser les vis "1" et enlever le
couvercle "2".
- Dévisser les écrous "3".
- Au moyen d'un extracteur démonter
le palier avec le roulement "5" et
l'étanchéité "6".
- Démonter le roulement "5" du palier
en utilisant un extracteur approprié.
Montage du palier
Monter le palier en procédant de la
manière suivante:
- lubrifier à l'huile le joint "6", l'anneau
extérieur du roulement et les loge-
ments dans le palier.
- Monter le joint "6".
- Monter le roulement "5" dans le pa-
lier avec une presse.
- Monter et visser le couvercle "2" avec
les vis "1" sur le palier "4".
- Mettre de la graisse dans le grais-
seur prévu à cet effet. Pour la qualité
de la graisse voir pag. M.72.

Smontaggio del supporto
Nota
Prima di smontare il supporto occor-
re:
- consultare pag. M.64;
- avvitare a fondo il premibaderna per
eliminare il gioco (dovuto all'usura
della baderna) tra la baderna ed il
rotore portautensili.
L'eliminazione del gioco rende pos-
sibile alla baderna di sorreggere e
tenere centrato il rotore portautensi-
li.
- Svitare le viti "1" e togliere il coper-
chio "2".
- Svitare i dadi "3".
- Mediante un estrattore, smontare il
supporto unitamente al cuscinetto
"5" ed alla guarnizione "6".
- Smontare il cuscinetto "5" dal sup-
porto utilizzando un adeguato estrat-
tore.
Montaggio del supporto
Montare il supporto procedendo nel
seguente modo:
- lubrificare con olio la guarnizione
"6", l'anello esterno del cuscinetto
esterno e le relative sedi nel suppor-
to.
- Montare la guarnizione "6" .
- Montare il cuscinetto "5" nel suppor-
to con una pressa.
- Montare e avvitare il coperchio "2"
con le viti "1" sul supporto "4".
- Immettere il grasso dall'apposito in-
grassatore.
