END BEARING ASSEMBLIES
TYPE "SM"
These types of end bearing as-
semblies have been designed and
fabricated to facilitate maintenance
work.
The assembly can be dismantled
from the mixer without having to
dismantle the seal and vice-versa.

Dismantling the end bearing as-
sembly
Note
Before dismantling the assembly:
- refer to page M.64;
- screw the seal gland all the way
down to eliminate play (due to
packing wear) between the pack-
ing and the tool carrier rotor. Elim-
inating this play will enable the
packing to support the tool carri-
er rotor and keep it centered.
- Slacken off screws "1" and re-
move the cover "2" with the seal
"3".
- Straighten the tang on the lock
wascher and remove locking ring
"4".
- Remove nuts "5".
- Dismantle the bearing mount to-
gether with bearing "7" and seal
"8" using an extractor tool.
- Dismantle bearig "7" from the
mounting using the requisite ex-
tractor.
- If a rev counter is installed, re-
move the guard sensor "12" is
mounted on.
Slacken off screw "13" to release
cam "14" from the tool carrier
rotor. Normally the rev counter is
installed in the mounting oppo-
site the motor drive.

SM-PÄÄTELAAKERIT
Tämän tyyppiset päätelaakerit on
suunniteltu ja valmistettu niin, että
niiden huolto on vaivatonta. Yk-
sikön voi irrottaa sekoittimesta
ilman, että tarvitsee irrottaa tii-
vistettä ja päinvastoin.
MOOTTORIPUOLEN LAAKERI
Laakerin irrotus
Huomaa
Ennen laakereiden irrottamista:
- Lue sivu M.64.
- Kierrä tiivistysholkin kansi ko-
konaan kiinni, jotta (tiivisteen
kulumisen takia) tiivisteen ja
roottoriakselin väliin ei jää vä-
lystä. Välyksen poistaminen
mahdollistaa sen, että tiiviste
tukee roottoriakselia ja pitää sen
keskiöitynä.
- Löysää ruuveja 1, irrota kansi 2
ja sen tiiviste 3.
- Suorista jousilevyn ruoto ja pois-
ta lukitusrengas 4.
- Irrota mutterit 5.
- Irrota laakerin kannatin yhdes-
sä laakerin 7 ja tiivisteen 8 kans-
sa.
- Irrota laakeri 7 kannattimesta.
Käytä tarvittaessa ulosvetäjää.
- Mikäli kierroslaskin on asennet-
tuna, irrota valvonta-anturi 12.
Irrota ruuvi 13, jotta saat irrotet-
tua epäkeskon 14 roottorista.
Kierroslaskin on tavallisesti
asennettu kannattimeen moot-
torin vastakkaiselle puolelle.
PALIERS TYPE "SM"
Ces types de paliers ont été proje-
tés et construits pour faciliter les
opérations d'entretien. En effet il est
possible de démonter le palier du
mélangeur sans démonter le grou-
pe d'étanchéité et vice-versa.
PALIER CÔTÉ MOTORISATION
Démontage du palier
Remarque
Avant de démonter le palier il faut:
- consulter la page M.64;
- visser à fond le presse-étoupe pour
éliminer le jeu (dû à l'usure de la
garniture) entre la garniture et le
rotor porte-outils. L'élimination du
jeu permet à la garniture à tresse
de soutenir et de centrer le rotor
porte-outils.
- Devisser les vis "1" et enlever le
couvercle "2" en même temps que
le joint "3".
- Redresser la languette de la ron-
delle plate de sûrete et dévisser la
bague "4".
- Dévisser les écrous "5".
- Au moyen d'un extracteur démon-
ter le palier avec le roulement "7"
et l'étanchéité "8".
- Démonter le roulement "7" du pa-
lier en utilisant un extracteur ap-
proprié.
- En présence de compte-tours, en-
lever la protection sur laquelle est
logé le capteur "12". Desserrer la
vis "13" pour libérer l'excentrique
"14" du rotor porte-outils. Habi-
tuellement le compte-tours est
monté du côté opposé à la moto-
risation.

SUPPORTI TIPO "SM"
Questi tipi di supporti sono stati pro-
gettati e costruiti per facilitare le ope-
razioni di manutenzione.
E' infatti possibile smontare il suppor-
to del mescolatore senza dover smon-
tare il gruppo di tenuta e viceversa.
SUPPORTO LATO MOTORIZZAZIO-
NE
Smontaggio del supporto
Nota
Prima di smontare il supporto occor-
re:
- consultare pag.M.64;
- avvitare a fondo il premibaderna per
eliminare il gioco (dovuto all'usura
della baderna) tra la baderna ed il
rotore portautensili. L'eliminazione
del gioco rende possibile alla bader-
na di sorreggere e tenere centrato il
rotore portautensili.
- Svitare le viti "1" e togliere il coper-
chio "2" unitamente alla guarnizione
"3".
- Raddrizzare la linguetta della roset-
ta di sicurezza e svitare la ghiera "4".
- Svitare i dadi "5".
- Mediante un estrattore smontare il
supporto unitamente al cuscinetto
"7" ed alla guarnizione "8".
- Smontare il cuscinetto "7" dal sup-
porto utilizzando un adeguato estrat-
tore.
- Se è presente il contagiri, togliere la
protezione sulla quale è alloggiato il
sensore "12". Allentare la vite "13"
per liberare la camma "14" dal rotore
portautensili. Solitamente il contagi-
ri è montato nel supporto opposto
alla motorizzazione.
