11-2 AFTER-WORK PRECAUTIONS
Completely remove soil and water sticking to the machine,
and bring the crawlers onto a concrete surface or dry place. If
the parking place is undulated or damp, put boards or similar
on the area to park the machine. If the machine is parked on
damp place, the crawlers may be frozen in the next morning,
making it impossible to run the machine or causing damage.
In particular, water on the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder
should be completely removed. Otherwise, soil may be
carried into seal along with frozen water, and then the seal
may be damaged.

Caution for freezing
1. Caution not to freeze the machine;
• Clean fully off mud or water from the machine especially
from crawlers after the work.
• Place the machine indoors in the night time.
• If there is no other way than parking outsides, use planks
under the crawlers and cover the machine with sheet
cover.
2. Be sure to confirm if the machine is frozen before starting
work:
• Put engine revolution in "medium" and try to start with
"High".
3. Strictly prohibit to start the machine while it is frozen:
• Remove frozen mud from the machine.
• Clean fully off mud or water from the machine.
11-2 PRECAUTIONS APRES UTILISATION
Oter complètement de la machine toute terre, boue et eau
qui pourraient y être collées, et mettre les chenilles sur une
surface sèche ou bétonnée.
Si la surface de stationnement n'est pas plane ou est humide,
y mettre des planches ou similaire pour isoler la machine du
sol. Si la machine est stationnée sur une surface humide, les
chenilles peuvent être gelées le lendemain matin rendant
impossible la mise en translation ou endommageant la
machine. En particulier, l'eau sur la tige de vérin doit être
complètement essuyée. Sinon la terre avec l'eau gelée peut
entrer et endommager les joints.

Attention au gel
1. Attention à ne pas laisser geler la machine :
• Après le travail, éliminer toute la boue, saleté ou eau de
la machine, surtout des chenilles.
• Placer la machine à I'intérieur pendant la nuit.
• S'il n'y a pas d'autre choix que de garer à l'extérieur,
mettre des planches sous les chenilles et recouvrir la
machine avec une bâche.
2. Toujours vérifier que la machine n'est pas gelée avant de
commencer le travail :
• Mettre le régime du moteur en position moyenne et
essayer de démarrer en H ème.
3. Interdire absolument de mettre la machine en marche alors
qu'elle est gelée.
• Retirer la boue gelée de la machine.
• Un démarrage en force lorsqu'elle est gelée peut
endommager la machine.
