Changing HST oil
(Including replacing of the suction filter in the hydraulic
tank)
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
• Be sure to stop the engine before checking and
changing the HST oil.
• Wait long enough for the HST oil to cool down.
• Park the machine on a flat stable place.
Change of after the initial 50 hours of operation and every
500 hours thereafter.
1. Remove the drain plug and drain used oil.
2. Remove the cap of the hydraulic tank.
3. Remove and exchage the suction filter.
4. Tighten the drain plug.
5. Add oil to the hydraulic tank.
6. Start the engine and warm up hydraulic system for 5 minutes
according to the following points.
• Block the crawler.
• Shift the speed change lever to NEUTRAL position.
• Activate the parking brake.
7. Stop the engine.
8. Check the oil level at level gauge.

• Wipe off any oil sticking to the machine completely.

Replacement of oil filter cartrige
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
• Be sure to stop the engine before changing the
filter cartrige.
• Wait long enough for the HST oil to cool down.
Change oil filter cartridge after the initial 50 hours of
operation and every 500 hours thereafter.
1. Replace the oil filter cartridge.
2. Detach the oil filter cartridge with a filter wrench.
3. Apply a film of oil to the gasket for the new cartridge.
4. Screw in the cartridge by hand. When the gasket contacts
the seal surface, tighten the cartridge enough by hand.
Because, if you tight the cartridge with wrench. it will be
tightened too much.
5. After the new cartridge has been replaced, the HST oil level
normally decreases a little. Thus, warm up hydraulic system
for a while and check oil leaks through the seal before
checking the engine oil level. Add oil if necessary.
NOTE
• Wipe off any oil sticking to the machine completely.

ATTENTION
Pour éviter des blessures corporelles:
• Arrêter le moteur avant toute vérification ou
changement de fluide HST.
• Attendre que le fluide HST soit suffisamment
refroidi.
• Garer la machine sur une suface plane et stable.
Changer le fluide après les premières 50 heures puis ensuite
toutes les 500 heures.
1. Oter le bouchon de vidange et vidanger le fluide.
2. Oter le bouchon du réservoir hydraulique.
3. Oter et remplacer le filtre d'aspiration.
4. Remettre le bouchon de vidange et le serrer.
5. Faire le plein du réservoir hydraulique.
6. Démarrer le moteur et réchauffer le circuit hydraulique
pendant 5 minutes en suivant les points suivants.
• Caler les chenilles.
• Mettre le levier de vitesse au POINT MORT.
• Serrer le frein à main.
7. Arrêter le moteur.
8. Vérifier le niveau avec la jauge de fluide hydraulique.

• Essuyer complètement toute trace d'huile renversée sur
la machine.

Remplacement du filtre à huile
ATTENTION
Pour éviter des blessures corporelles:
• Arrêter le moteur avant de changer le filtre à huile.
• Attendre que l'huile HST soit suffisamment
refroidie.
Changer le fluide après les premières 50 heures puis ensuite
toutes les 500 heures.
1. Remplacer le filtre à huile.
2. Desserrer le filtre à huile avec une clef à filtre.
3. Huiler le joint du nouveau filtre à huile.
4. Visser le filtre à la main. Quand le joint vient en contact avec
le support, serrer fortement le filtre à la main. Un serrage
effectué avec la clef à filtre, serrerait trop le filtre et risquerait
de l'endommager.
5. Après le changement du filtre par le nouveau, normalement
le fluide HST diminue un peu. Faire touner le moteur afin de
réchauffer le circuit hydraulique et contrôler les fuites au joint
de filtre avant de vérefier le niveau. Faire le complément si
nécessaire.
NOTE
• Essuyer toute trace d'huile ayant été versée sur la
machine.
