• When checking the machine in its dumping position,
take the following measures to prevent falling of deck
body.
• Tilt the deck body to the fully dumped position and
stop engine.
• Attach cylinder safety bar.
(19) Don't start the machine forcedly when it is frozen.
This may cause the break-down of the transmission.
Please confirm if the machine is frozen or not before
starting work.
(20) Emergency brake
Pull the steering levers (right and left) at same times, then
the machine will stop immediately.
Pay the attention for stopping the machine, Otherwise
there is a danger of falling down.
4. AFTER OPERATION
(1)
Pay attention to the following points when parking or
leaving the operator's seat.
• Lower the deck body and bring the machine on a flat
stable place.
• Activate the parking brake.
• Stop the engine.
• Block the crawler.
• Release the pressure in the hydraulic circuit by
operating the dump lever.
• Remove the key.
(2)
When storing the machine, clean it and lower the deck
body and then cover it after heated parts such as the
muffler etc have cooled down.
Block the crawler.
5. TRANSPORTATION
(1)
Operate the machine in accordance with the traffic
regulation.
(2)
Keep the following points in mind when putting this
machine onto a truck.
• Use strong step-boards with sufficient length and
width.
• Operate the empty machine in "REVERSE" mode to
get on and in "FORWARD" mode to get off the truck.
• When riding onto the step-boards, set the speed
change lever to "Low", slow down the speed and
check safety.
• When the machine is on the step-boards, do not
change the speed or the direction.
• When the machine is on the truck, Activates the parking
brake; stop the engine; remove the key from the switch;
block the crawler and secure the machine on the truck
by using wire rope.

Never start, turn or stop the truck suddenly with the
machine on it.

• En cas de contrôle de la machine en position de
bennage. prendre les mesures suivantes pour éviter la
retombée de la benne.
• Lever la benne en position maximale et arrêter le
moteur.
• Mettre la béquille de vérin.

(19) Ne pas démarrer la machine en force lorsqu'elle est
gelée.
Cela peut casser la transmission. Vérifier si la machine
est gelée avant de commencer le travail.
(20) Freinage d'urgence
Tirez le levier de direction (droite et gauche) en même
temps, la machine s'arrête immédiatement.
Payer l'attention pour l'arrêt de la machine, sinon il ya un
danger de chute dowm.
4. APRES UTILISATION
(1)
Faire particulièrement attention aux points suivants quand
vous garez ou abandonnez la machine.
• Abaisser la benne et garer la machine sur une surface
stable et plane.
• Actionner le frein à main.
• Arrêter le moteur.
• Caler les chenilles.
• Décompresser le circuit hyddraulique en actionnant le
levier de bennage.
• Oter la clef de contact

En cas de remisage de la machine, la nettoyer et abaisser
la benne, puis la recouvrir après avoir laissé refroidir les
parties chaudes telles que le silencieux.
Bloquer les chenilles.
5. TRANSPORT
(1)
Utiliser la machine conformément aux règlements du
code de la route.
(2)
Respecter les points suivants en mettant la machine sur
un camion.
• Utiliser des rampes de chargement de longueur et
largeur suffisantes.
• Utiliser la machine vide en mode " REVERSE "
(marche arrière) pour monter sur le camion et en mode
"FORWARD" (marche avant) pour descendre du
camion.
• En conduisant sur les planches à échelons, régler le
levier de changement de vitesse en position "L", ralentir
le régime du moteur et vérifier la sécurité.
• Lorsque la machine est sur les planches à échelons,
ne changer ni la vitesse ni la direction.
• Quand la machine est sur un camion, serrer le frein, à
main arrêter le moteur; ôter la clef de contact, caler les
chenilles, et arrimer la machine au camion à l'aide de
câbles.
(3)
Ne jamais démarrer, tourner ou freiner brusquement le
camion avec la machine dessus.
