MONTAGGIO DEL MOTORIDUTTORE INSTALLAZIONE BASCULANTE (Solo AT 80 - Cancelli leggeri)
L' installazione basculante è vantaggiosa dove vi è una cattiva planarità della guida dell'anta oppure dove si prevedono abbassamenti del livello del terreno; tuttavia essa richiede una
notevole accuratezza nel montaggio per l'allineamento degli spezzoni della cremagliera (vedi paragrafo successivo).
Montare i componenti del kit dell'installazione basculante (IB80) tra di loro (vedere anche lo schema allegato al kit) e montare il tutto sul riduttore NEL VERSO INDICATO mediante le apposite viti.
Montare anche il rullo di contrasto (C 9 ) nel foro prescelto in funzione del tipo di pignone utilizzato (Z 16 o Z 20).
Appoggiare il supporto (C 10 ) sulla piastra di fondazione (C 10 ) facendo passare i fili attraverso l'apposito foro (C 10 ), quindi inserire sotto il supporto un distanziale di 40 mm (C 10 √ ).
INSTALLATION OF GEARED-MOTOR PIVOTING INSTALLATION (Only AT 80 - Light gates)
The pivoting installation can offer advantages when the gate guides are not perfectly level, or land settling can be expected. However it does require a very precise
fitting when lining up the rack segments (see next paragraph).
Fit the pivoting installation kit components (IB80) together (see also diagram supplied with kit) and install everything on the geared-motor IN THE POSITION INDICATED, using
the appropriate screws,
Fit the counter roller (C9 ) in the right hole depending on the type of pinion used (Z 16 or Z 20).
Rest the support (C10 ) on the foundation plate (C10 ), passing the cables through the appropriate hole (C10 ), then insert a 40 mm spacer (C10 √ ) under the support.

L'installation basculante convient là où le guide du portail n'est pas tout à fait plat ou bien là où on prévoit des affaisements de niveau du terrain; elle exige toutefois une attention
particulière lors du montage pour bien aligner les tronçons de crémaillère (voir paragraphe suivant).
Assembler les pièces composant le kit de l'installation basculante (IB80) (voir également le schéma joint au kit) et monter le tout sur le réducteur DANS LE SENS INDIQUE à l'aide des vis prévues.
Monter également le rouleau de portée (C9 ) dans le trou préétabli en fonction du type de pignon utilisé (Z 16 ou Z 20).
Poser le support (C 10 ) sur la plaque de fondation (C 10 ) en faisant passer les fils par le trou prévu à cet effet (C 10 ), puis placer sous le support une entretoise de 40 mm (C 10 √ ).
MONTAGE DES GETRIEBEMOTORS SCHWINGBEFESTIGUNG (Nur AT80 - Leichte Schiebetore)
Die Schwingbefestigungempfiehlt sich bei einem zu unebenem Gelände für die Führung des Torflügels bezw. wo Bodensenkungen zu erwarten sind. Diese Installation erfordert
allerdings eine besondere Sorgfalt bei der Montage und beim Ausrichten der Zahnstangenteile (siehe folgenden Abschnitt).
Die Komponenten im Kit für Schwingbefestigung (IB80) zusammenbauen (siehe Beilage im Kit). Das Ganze im ANGEGEBENEN DREHSINN auf den Getriebemotor mittels der entsprechenden Schrauben einbauen.
Die Gegenrolle (C9 ) in die gewählte Bohrung in Abhängigkeit vom verwendeten Ritzeltyp (Z16 oder Z20) montieren.
Den Halter (C 10 ) auf die Fundamentplatte legen (C 10 ) und dabei die Drähte durch die entsprechende Bohrung verlegen (C 10 ). Anschließend ein Distanzstück von 40 mm (C 10 √ ) unter
den Halter legen.
MONTAJE DEL MOTORREDUCTOR INSTALACION BASCULANTE (Solo At 80 - Puertas ligeras)
La instalación basculante es ventajosa donde no hay una buena linealidad de la guía de la puerta o donde se preven descensos del nivel del terreno; sin embargo, ésta requiere un
notable cuidado en el montaje para la alineación de los trozos de la cremallera (ver párrafo sucesivo)
Montar los componentes del kit de la instalación basculante (IB 80) (ver también el esquema adjunto al kit) y montar el conjunto sobre el reductor EN EL SENTIDO INDICADO mediante los tornillos
adecuados.
Montar también la rueda de contraste (C 9 ) en el orificio elegido previamente en función del tipo de piñón utilizado (Z 16 o Z 20).
Apoyar el soporte (C10 ) sobre la placa de fundición (C 10 ) haciendo pasar los hilos a través del orificio correspondiente (C 10 ), a continuación introducir debajo del soporte un distanciador
de 40 mm (C 10 √ ).
