MONTAGGIO DELLA CREMAGLIERA SUL CANCELLO (INSTALLAZIONE FISSA)

Aprire completamente il cancello.
Bloccare il pignone del motoriduttore disinserendo lo sblocco manuale.
Inserire sul primo tratto di cremagliera (C 15 ) i distanziali (C 15 ) tramite le relative viti (C 15
gambo delle viti sia al centro dell'asola.
Appoggiare il tratto iniziale della cremagliera al pignone del motoriduttore, portare i distanziali a contatto con il cancello e fare coincidere il
primo foro (completo di vite e distanziale) con l'asse verticale del pignone (C 16 ), quindi fissare il distanziale al cancello con un punto di
saldatura.
Sbloccare il pignone del motoriduttore e spostare manualmente il cancello in modo da portare il secondo distanziale in corrispondenza
dell'asse verticale del pignone (C 16
Open the gate completely.
Release the geared-motor pinion with the manual release level.
Fit on the first rack section (C15 ), the spacers (C15 ) with their screws (C15 ) and washers (C15 √ ), making sure that the screws pass
through the centre of the slot.
Rest the first rack section on the geared-motor pinion and move the spacers in contact with the gate until the first hole (complete with screw
and spacer) is lined up with the vertical axis of the pinion (C16 ), then fix the spacer to the gate with a spot weld.
Release the geared-motor pinion and manually move the gate until the second spacer is in line with the vertical axis of the pinion (C16 ),
then fix the spacer to the gate with a spot weld (C17).
MONTAGE DE LA CREMAILLERE SUR LE PORTAIL (INSTALLATION FIXE)
Ouvrir complètement le portail.
Bloquer le pignon du motoréducteur en désactivant le déverrouillage manuel.
Placer sur le premier tronçon de crémaillère (C 15 ) les entretoises (C 15 ) au moyen des vis (C 15 ) et des rondelles (C 15 √ ) en veillant
à ce que la tige des vis soit bien au centre de la fente.
Poser le premier tronçon de la crémaillère sur le pignon du motoréducteur, amener les entretoises au contact du portail et faire correspondre
le premier trou (avec vis et entretoise) avec l'axe vertical du pignon (C16
Débloquer le pignon du motoréducteur et déplacer manuellement le portail afin d'amener la deuxième entretoise en face de l'axe vertical du
pignon (C 16 ), puis fixer l'entretoise au portail avec un point de soudure (C 17).
), quindi fissare il distanziale al cancello con un punto di saldatura (C 17).
