Per la corretta scelta del tipo di motoriduttore e del tipo di installazione da realizzare l'esperienza è molto importante; tuttavia può essere utile aiutarsi con criteri

oggettivi, come descritto di seguito:

Scegliere il motoriduttore in base al peso stimato del cancello (vedere DATI TECNICI).

Nel caso dell' AT 80, limitare l'uso del modello Z 20 ad un uso non continuo.

Nel caso di cancelli leggeri, se la guida del cancello presenta leggere ondulazioni, l'uso dell'installazione basculante permette di tenere costanti i giochi

sulla cremagliera facilitandone l'installazione.

Con cancelli pesanti usare l'installazione fissa.

Si consiglia di installare il motoriduttore leggermente sollevato da terra. In alcune zone (dove vi sono abbondanti nevicate o rischi di allagamento) si può

tenere il riduttore sollevato di 20÷30 cm.

Installazioni a catena: Nel caso di cancelli in cui si prevedono assestamenti sensibili del terreno oppure quando l'anta presenta forti incurvamenti per dilatazione

termica, si può di usare l'installazione a catena. Vedere i casi particolari in appendice per i casi di movimentazione dell'anta con catene.

La serie AT 80-85-83 mette a disposizione i seguenti sistemi di sicurezza:

Frizione a bagno d'olio (incorporata nel motoriduttore).

Sensore antischiacciamento SA1 (optional - solo con apparecchiature A80M e A84M).

Inoltre Aprimatic mette a disposizione i seguenti dispositivi esterni:

Lampeggiatore

Fotocellule

Coste passive e sensibili

Tutte le sicurezze elettriche possono essere gestite dalle apparecchiature di comando Aprimatic.

La scelta, la disposizione e l'installazione dei componenti e dei dispositivi di sicurezza deve essere effettuata in modo tale da ottemperare alle

esistenti norme di sicurezza (UNI 8612).

I dispositivi antischiacciamento sono efficaci se utilizzati nelle situazioni idonee al loro uso. LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE AVVERTENZE

RIPORTATE DI SEGUITO.

For a correct choice of the type of geared-motor and the type of installation to be used, experience is very important; there are however some objective criteria

that can be of help, as described below:

Select the geared-motor according to the estimated weight of the gate (see TECHNICAL DATA).

In the case of AT 80, limit the use of model Z20 to non-continuous use.

In the case of light gates, if the gate-guide is not perfectly straight, the pivoted installation makes it possible to maintain a constant clearance on the rack,

facilitating installation.

For heavy gates, use the fixed installation.

We recommend installing the geared-motor slightly raised off the ground. In some areas (where heavy snow occurs or there are flooding risks) the geared-

motor can be placed at a height of 20 ÷ 30 cm.

Installations with chains: in the case of gates where a marked settling of the ground is expected or when the gate is subject to marked curving from heat dilation,

a chain installation can be used. See the special cases in the appendix for examples of gate operation with chains.

The AT 80-85-83 series make available the following safety systems:

Oil bath clutch (part of geared-motor)

SA1 safety sensor to prevent squashing (optional) - for A 80M and A 84M control units only

Furthermore, Aprimatic also provides the following external devices:

Flashing lamps

Photocells

Passive and active safety edges

All the electric safety devices can be handled by the Aprimatic control units.

The selection, arrangement and installation of the components and safety devices should be performed in compliance with the existing safety

regulations (UNI 8612).

The safety devices to prevent squashing are effective when used in appropriate situations. READ CAREFULLY THE WARNINGS GIVEN

BELOW.

Pour bien choisir le type de motoréducteur et le type d'installation à réaliser, l'expérience est très importante; on peut toutefois s'aider de critères objectifs,

comme décrit ci-après:

Choisir le motoréducteur en fonction du poids estimé du portail (voir DONNEES TECHNIQUES).

Dans le cas de l'AT 80, limiter l'emploi du modèle Z 20 à une utilisation non continue.

Dans le cas de portails légers, si le guide du portail est légèrement ondulé, l'emploi de l'installation basculante permet de maintenir les jeux sur la crémaillère

constants, facilitant son installation.

Avec des portails lourds, utiliser l'installation fixe.

Nous conseillons d'installer le motoréducteur légèrement au-dessus du sol. Dans certaines zones (où il neige beaucoup ou bien inondées par d'importants

écoulements d'eau), on peut placer le motoréducteur à 20÷30 cm du sol.

Installations avec chaîne: Dans le cas de portails où l'on prévoit des affaissements importants du terrain ou bien lorsque le portail se déforme sous l'effet de

la dilatation thermique, on peut utiliser l'installation avec chaîne. Voir les cas particuliers sur la notice pour les cas d'entraînement du portail par chaînes.
