Description of the functions of the rotary switch
You are able to select between three heat levels so that you can select the optimum output for the
various cooking applications.
Thermostatic temperature regulation from 55 to 99°C is possible at the 2.3 kW level.
Power levels
Three power levels are available:
7.0 kW = full power
4.6 kW = 2/3 power
2.3 kW = 1/3 power - with a temperature range from 55 to 99°C

Commissioning
. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.
