Use as a stock pan (dry heat)
Keeping food warm or simmering food that is already hot in Gastronorm containers, e.g. kebab,
goulash, ragout and sauces.

Completion of operation
. Turn rotary switch to the 0 position.
● The indicator lights go out.
. Clean the appliance - see the following 6. "Cleaning and Care" chapter.
. Turn off the fitted mains switch.
Getting ready for use
. Place hot food into Gastronorm container size
GN1/1 and drop it into the tank.
● Take care while simmering (e.g. goulash):
‒ The Gastronorm containers must not be
deeper than 150 mm.
‒ The cooked food must be added while hot,
at at least 70°C.
● Containers must not be placed on the heating
elements.
. Close the containers with lids.
● Covering the containers reduces the energy
consumption.
Switching on
. Switch on the appliance by turning the rotary
switch to the right and to the "Dry operation"
