4.1 Use as pasta cooker
For example, cooking fresh or precooked pasta in perforated containers. You may use Gastronorm
containers or special single portion baskets.

● Do not knock containers or vessels against the
drain, there is a risk of damage.
. Close the drain tap.

If the appliance is not connected to a waste pipe:
. Place a container beneath the drain.
If Gastronorm containers are not used or the con­
tainers are not fitted:
● Containers must not be placed on the heating
elements.
. Insert the perforated trivet the right way round -
Ensure that the cut-out is over the heating ele­
ment.
. Insert an overflow pipe as necessary - for
notes on use see page 33 section 4.1.1.
. Attach drip tray.
. Place rack in the drip tray.
