Intended use

● The appliance must only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs. For example, for cooking, sim­
mering and keeping warm, for preparing pasta, cooked dumplings/bread dumplings and boiled
beef.
● The cooker can also be used, for example, for the preparation of soups/stocks, cooking stews,
ravioli, boiling sausages and for keeping prepared foods such as soups, vegetables, side dishes
and sauces warm.
● The pasta cooker can also be used to prepare sauerkraut, red cabbage, and boiled crustaceans.
● The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated
− by instructed trained personnel,
− with the tank filled as specified,
− if the appliance is supervised,
− for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
● Any other, or extended use is considered as non-intended use.
● The user alone is responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.
● Each misuse of the appliance results in the guarantee, warranty and general liability of the manu­
facturer becoming invalid.
● It is forbidden to modify the appliance.

Misuse

● The appliance must not be used for deep frying!
● Do not use the appliance as a storage or work surface!
● The appliance may not be used for the heating, drying and storage of objects and not for the
melting of materials!
● The appliance must not be operated in the open.
● The appliance must not be used by
− children,
− persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities,
− untrained personnel.
