Connect the electrical power supply
● The electrical connection must be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the
VDE 0100 and of the respective responsible energy supply company.
● The flexible mains lead must be at least H 07 RN-F.
● An electrical main switch must be installed upstream with easy access. The switch must effec
tively disconnect the appliance at all poles from the mains. The contact opening must be at least
3 mm.
● Instruct the owner and the operating personnel where the main switch provided in the kitchen for
the appliance is located so that the appliance may be switched off without danger in the event of
hazards to the user (e.g. risk of fire).
● For safety reasons, we recommend installing a residual current circuit breaker (RCB). Important
for induction appliances: Use shortterm delayed, AC/DCsensitive residualcurrent devices
(RCD) ≥ 30 mA.
● Observe the data on the type plate when making the electrical connection.
● Integrate the appliance into the equipotential bonding system. Its effectiveness must be checked
in accordance with VDE 0190.
● Securely connect the mains connection cable at the customer's premises.

● The number of screws depends on the length
of the appliance.
. Remove the top screws.
. Fold down the front panel and hook on:
‒ Hook the front panel into the screw.
‒ Rest the front panel on the screw.
