AIR REGULATION
The inflow of primary air is regulated by a
valve ruled by a lever placed below the fire
door. The valve is closed in correspondence
of the position marked with sign (-) indicat-
ed on the lever, it is open in the position
with sign (+).
The secondary air is set automatically ac-
cording to the settings of primary air and to
the conditions of working and draught.

WARNING! When loading wood, it is recommended to keep a distance of
some centimetres between the fire door and the combustible, in order to not
expose the glass to high temperatures that could damage it.
3.4
PLATE COOKING
The radiant plate is designed to allow a fast
and simple cooking. The hotter part is situ-
ated in correspondence with the hotplate,
this is the best part for placing a pot which
must get warm quickly. The external parts
of the plate are better to keep foods warm.
To obtain the maximum cooking speed you
ry air must be closed, in order to limit the
undesired air flow that may cause an antic-
ipated cooling of the device and the room.
This operation is particularly important
when the external air intake of the cooker
is directly connected.
Generally, for the good working of the de-
vice, we suggest to follow the indication for
the regulation of air reported in table 3.

have to use broken and thin wood and make
the regulations as described in the previous
chapters.
The plate must not be overheated and made
red hot because in such way the cooker may
experience damages without having no ad-
vantage for the cooking of foods.
