FUME-CIRCUIT INSPECTION
In the cookers with oven the combustion
fumes are forced to turn completely around
the oven. For this reason, the cookers with
oven are endowed with an inspection door
to clean the fume-circuit. The cleaning must
be done at least every six months of nor-
mal use, like for the chimney sweeping: ac-
cording to use, you could have to make the
cleaning more often.
The inspection is located below the oven
and it is easily accessible removing the oven
door. To remove the oven door:
• open the wood box;
• open the oven door;
• pull backward the fins in correspondence
with the hinges (it is suggested to use
tweezers);

• close partially the door to obtain a slope
of about 75° compared with the horizon;
• unhook the hinges of the frame and re-
move the door.
Then, the inspection door can be removed
with a star screwdriver (see picture 21) and it
is possible to proceed with the cleaning with
the apposite scraper and a vacuum cleaner.
The remounting process requires more pre-
cision:
• place the oven door near the cooker so
that the hinges can be inserted into their
place;
• sustain the door with a hand in the lower
part, reclining it of about 75° compared
with the horizon, being sure that the
hinges are completely inserted and the
