f) Oil Air Filter
Check whether the air filter used is firmly attached to the carburettor and sufficiently oiled before every run.
Only a well-oiled air filter can prevent finest dust particles from getting into the motor and causing motor
damage.
Clean the air filter regularly (wash out in petrol) or replace it with a new air filter in time. The air filter (like the
tyres) is a wear part.
If the air filter is not oiled sufficiently, fine dust particles will pass through the air filter's foam. These particles
act like fine abrasive paper in the motor. After only a short time, the motor will lose compression. This causes
loss of performance, and eventually the motor cannot be started anymore.
A motor damaged by this is not subject to guarantee/warranty!
Remove the metal lid (1) by turning out the holding screw (2).
Then pull out the foam air filter.
Oil the air filter slightly in order to filter out dust particles. Use
special air filter oil for this (not included in the delivery, can be
ordered separately).
Put the air filter and some air filter oil into a plastic bag. Then
compress the air filter several times so that it takes up the oil and
it spreads in the air filter.
Put on the air filter and the metal lid again, screw on the metal lid
with the screw removed at first.
g) Fuelling the Vehicle
Open the tank lid (1) and fill the tank with a two-stroke mixture
(mixing ratio 1:25).
Use only high-quality fully synthetic two-stroke oil and Super fuel
(or Super Plus) for the mixture.
Close the tank again.
Two-stroke mixture with „E10" fuel or a mixture with a lower oil share must not be used. Motor damage
threatens at non-observance; loss of guarantee/warranty!
