3. Press START - the machine will beep and start moving at the lowest speed (0.8 km/h).
4. Select the speed - refer to "Changing the speed".

PROGRAMMES
There are 12 preset programmes for you to choose from and you can change the time and speed
in all of them. The preset programmes have a preset time of 30 minutes that is divided into 20
segments of 1.5 minutes (each representing 5 % of the total time selected). Refer to the table
below:

Press PROG. until the desired programme is displayed in the LED panel.
2.
Select the time between 5 and 60 minutes with the speed buttons.
3.
Press START - the machine will beep and the program will start automatically.
