Do not start the treadmill while standing on its running surface. Always hold the handlebar
while using the treadmill.

lt is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users are properly informed about all
precautions to be taken.
4.
Use the treadmill indoors on an even surface. Keep the treadmill away from excessive
humidity and dust.
5.
The safety level of the treadmill can be maintained only through regular examination for
signs of damage and wear. Replace defective components immediately. Do not use the
treadmill if there is any defective component.
6.
Keep the treadmill away from children.
7.
The treadmill should not be used by persons whose weight is over 110 kg.
8.
Wear appropriate clothing and sports shoes when exercising, do not wear loose clothing
or jewelry that may get caught in the moving parts of the appliance.
9.
Do not arch your back when using the treadmill, always try to keep your back straight.
10. lf you feel pain or dizziness while exercising, stop immediately and cool down.
11.
The heart rate monitor is not a medical device. Any movement may affect the accuracy of
the sensors. The sensors are intended as an exercise aid in determining general heart rate
tendencies.
12.
The treadmill is not designed for therapeutic purposes.
13.
The treadmill is intended for domestic use only.
14. Always attach the clip to your clothing at waist level and the safety key to the control panel
before beginning your workout.
