STEP 4
Fix the handlebar post to the main frame by screwing 2 M8x15 mm bolts with the allen key.

First of all, fix the exercise bars (M4) to the handlebar posts (3 and 4) with four M6x16 screws and the
spanner. Fix the massager support (M3) to the exercise bars (M4) with two M8x70 Allen screws, two ∅8
spring washers, and two M8 nuts. Then, fix the massage head (M1) onto the massager support (M3) and
tighten the screws with the spanner. Finally, attach the massage belt (M2) to the massage head (M1) and put
the dumbbells (M6) in place on the massager support (M3).
