Delta Connection
Replace the fuses with correct one with rated
value
Check the connections
Decrease the load
Check whether the motor and drive rotate freely
Check the phases on the line
Check if there is a broken phase on the lines
Change the type or size. Contact the device's
supplier or designer.
Decrease the load
Check whether the voltage stated on the rating
plate is maintained. Check the connection.
Blown fuses, check the load relay, stator and
control buttons.
Check the circuit capacity and power source
Decrease the load
Replace the rotor
Correct the settings
Check for a loose connection in the power supply
line, fuses and control.
Reverse connections at terminals
Decrease the load
Adjust motor to supply voltage
Observe the permitted temperature range,
decrease the load if necessary or
Check the insulation class and use appropriate
special motor
Provide air cooling supply, clean cooling air
passages
Replace the bearings
Check the circuit
