8.1 ALARMS AND WARNINGS
This type of oven can display 2 types of information:
• Alarms (which inform of a malfunction and interrupt the operation
of the oven)
• Warnings (which do not depend on a malfunction and do not inter-
rupt the operation of the oven, but provide information that can be
useful for a better functioning of the oven)
In the examples on the side are shown 3 malfunctions that interrupt
the operation of the oven:
•
Intervention of the safety thermostat of the cooking chamber.
•
Intervention of the motor thermal protection
•
Excessive temperature of the components
Other alarm messages that the oven can display are:
•
Intervention of the boiler safety thermostat
•
Chamber temperature probe malfunction
•
Malfunction of the drain temperature probe
•
Core probe malfunction
•
Malfunction inverter
•
Lack of water
•
System overloaded
•
Open phase
Unlike alarms, warnings are not tied to a malfunction and do not
interrupt oven operation.
Normally they are activated when the user can make a choice or to
guide him in the correct use of the oven.
Some examples are shown in the images on the side.
