6.0 COOLING
From the main screen, by pressing the icon on the side,
the keypad opens to configure a temperature to cool the
oven.
COOLING
This function can be useful if the oven has just finished cooking at
high temperature and another cooking is planned at a much lower
temperature.
Opening the door reduces the time required for cooling.
At any time it is possible to interrupt cooling by pressing the STOP
icon.
7.0 AUTOMATIC WASHING WITH LIQUID DETERGENT
Ovens with washing system that use liquid detergent, need
special detergent that is detergent and sparkling aid in the
same product.
We strictly reccomend to use the detergent produced by the
manufacurer.
In that ovens is enaugh to introduce the pipe positioned in the
back side of the oven in the detergent container.
The oven will automatically take the right quantty of detergent
depending from the selected program.
