Import user recipes.
In order to be imported, the recipes created by the user must first have been exported from another
oven.
This operation is useful if you want to replicate the same recipes on more than one oven.
Export user recipes.
With this action, only the recipes created by the user are exported to the pen drive connected to the
oven, leaving out the recipes installed by default.
Import factory recipes.
This operation can be used if the manufacturer releases a new version of the cookbook pre-installed
on the oven.
The SOFTWARE UPDATE icon allows you to update the
oven firmware to a more recent version.
For this operation it is necessary to consult the manu-
facturer to verify the compatibility between the instal-
led version and the one to be installed.
By pressing the icon, the screen shows the installed version and the
one that will be installed.
Pressing OK proceeds with the update.
By pressing the DEMO icon, the keypad opens to enter
the password and activate the DEMO mode.
Enter the password 123 and press OK.
Warning: this password is used only to activate the DEMO mode.
When the DEMO mode is active, only the screen and the oven lighting
work.
This mode is used to show how the oven works in trade fairs or
showrooms.
When DEMO is active, the icon on the side screen changes color.
To deactivate the DEMO mode, press the icon again and enter the
password 123.
