WARM-UP OPERATION
(HANDLING NEW MACHINE)
The new machines have been subjected to strict factory
tests and adjustments. It is however advisable to use the
machine with special care in the initial 100 hours or so.
Since the machine life will often greatly vary depending on
the way of handling in the initial 100 hours, the following
points must be kept in mind.
(1) Give warm-up operation of about 10 minutes after
start of the engine so that the engine and hydraulic
system is sufficiently warmed.
(2) Run in the new machine as follows in order to perform
spotting of the moving parts.
1) Operate with 50% load up to 50 hours.
2) Operate with 70% load up to 100 hours.
3) Operate with 100% load after 100 hours.

RODAGE
Les machines neuves ont été soumises à de rigoureux
essais et réglages en usine. Il est cependant recommandé
d'utiliser la machine avec un soin particulier pendant les
100 premières heures de d'utilisation. Etant donné que la
durée de vie de la machine varie souvent fortement selon
sa manipulation dans les 100 premières heures, il faut se
souvenir des points suivants.
(1) Faire tourner à vide la machine pendant environ
10 mn après le démarrage du moteur afin que le
moteur et le circuit hydraulique soient suffisamment
réchauffés.

effectuer le l'ajustement des pièces mobiles.
1) Utiliser avec 50% de charge jusqu'à 50 heures.
2) Utiliser avec 70% de charge jusqu'à 100 heures.
3) Utiliser avec 100% de charge après 100 heures.
