CAUTELA - PRECAUZIONE
Le regolazioni di seguito descrit-
te devono essere affidate a per-
sonale precedentemente istrui-
to per non incorrere in manipo-
lazioni errate con conseguenti
guasti alla macchina.
5.1.
SMONTAGGIO E MONTAG-
GIO DEL NASTRO ABRASI-
VO (FIG. 1)
Arrestare completamente la mac-
china e verificare che sia alimen-
tata pneumaticamente;
Agire sulla valvola a tiretto A per
stensionare il nastro.
Ruotare la maniglia B in senso
antiorario per disaccoppiare il per-
no di ancoraggio che blocca il grup-
po operatore al basamento ed
estrarre il morsetto C di bloccaggio.
CAUTELA - PRECAUZIONE
Durante le operazioni di mani-
polazione del nastro abrasivo,
utilizzare guanti di protezione.
Sfilare il nastro abrasivo.
Inserire il nuovo nastro abrasivo D,
facendo attenzione a posizionarlo
correttamente all'interno del grup-
po oscillante, centrandolo fra i due
micro salvanastro E.
INFORMAZIONI
Per la manipolazione e la conser-
vazione dei nastri abrasivi vedi §
7.10.
Fare attenzione al senso di rota-
zione R del nastro abrasivo (vedi
R fig. 1), normalmente nella parte
interna esso viene segnato con una
freccia la quale deve rimanere con-
tro l'avanzamento del pezzo.

Stop the machine completely, mak-
ing sure that it is pneumatically fed;
Release the belt tension by means

Tum the handle B counter-
clockwise in order to uncouple the

anchoring pin which fastens the
working unit on the base, then take

the anchoring holdfast C out.

CAUTION

Wear the protective gloves when-
ever handling the sanding belt.
Take the sanding belt out.
Fit the new sanding belt D. Be care-
ful in order to position it correctly within
the oscillating unit, so that it is
centered between the two belt
protecting microswitches E.
