TENSIONAMENTO CATENA
DI SOLLEVAMENTO DEL PIA-
NO (FIG. 2)
Qualora sia necessario tensionare
la catena, arrestare completamen-
te la macchina e procedere come
di seguito indicato:
- allentare il dado A;
- spostare il galoppino B, posto sot-
to al piano, lungo l'asola fino ad
un corretto tensionamento della
catena;
- a regolazione effettuata serrare il
dado A.
CAUTELA - PRECAUZIONE
Non tendere eccessivamente la
catena per non incorrere in ano-
malie di funzionamento; esercitan-
do una forza P al centro della ca-
tena, questa deve avere un cedi-
mento f come indicato in tabella.

TABLE LIFTING CHAIN
STRETCHING (FIG. 2)
When chain stretching is needed,
stop completely the machine and
do the following:
- Loosen the nut A;
- move the pulley B, located under
the surface, along the slot until the
chain is properly tensioned;
- Once the adjustment has been
made, tighten the nut A.
CAUTION
Excessive stretching of the chain
may
result
in
malfunctioning. By exerting a
force P in the middle of the chain,
its yielding shall be equal to f, as
the figure shows.
