ROTTURA DEL NASTRO
ABRASIVO-BLOCCAG-
GIO PEZZO
In condizione di bloccaggio del
pezzo sotto al nastro abrasivo la
macchina si arresta in condizio-
ni di emergenza; tale inconve-
niente si verifica in caso di rottu-
ra del nastro.
Operare quindi in questo modo:
- aprire lo sportello del quadro
elettrico;
- portare il selettore N su funzio-
namento manuale ( posizione
); in questo modo è attiva
solo la discesa del piano di la-
voro.
- abbassare il piano di lavoro tra-
mite il pulsante P; sbloccare il
pezzo e verificare l'integrità del
gruppo operatore;
- sostituire il nastro abrasivo;
- ripristinare le condizioni prece-
denti all'arresto di emergenza
e ruotare il selettore N su fun-
zionamento automatico ( posi-
zione
).

6.9.
SANDING BELT BREAK-
WORKPIECE JAMMING
If any workpiece is jammed
under the sanding belt, the
machine will stop in emergency
conditions; such trouble occurs
in case of belt break.
Operate as follows:
- open the front door of the elec-
tric control board;
- set selector switch N to manual
mode operation ( position
); in this mode only the work
table downstroke is operating.
- lower the work table by means
of the push button P , release
the workpiece and check the
good conditions of the working
unit;
- replace the sanding belt;
- retsore the conditions existing
before the emergency stop and
rotate selector switch N to au-
tomatic mode operation ( po-
sition
).
