ASPIRAZIONE POLVERI-
COLLEGAMENTO
ALL'IMPIANTO (FIG. 9)
INFORMAZIONI
Il collegamento all'impianto di
aspirazione è indispensabile per
il funzionamento della macchina;
si consiglia di dotare l'impianto di
un sistema di allarme che segnali
un eventuale suo guasto e invii
contemporaneamente un segnale
di arresto alla macchina.
Per il collegamento della macchi-
na all'impianto di aspirazione uti-
lizzare tubi flessibili in materiale
antistatico ed autoestinguente
onde evitare la formazione di sca-
riche elettriche per accumulo di
elettricità statica (che potrebbero
compromettere il corretto funzio-
namento dei componenti elettro-
nici presenti sulla macchina) e
ostacolare la propogazione delle
fiamme in caso di incendio. Qua-
lora si utilizzino tubi in materiale
non antistatico verificare che sia-
no almeno dotati di anima metal-
lica di irrigidimento e collegare
l'anima di ogni tubo a un punto di
terra (PE) rispettando i seguenti
requisiti (fig. 10):
- cavo di collegamento giallo/ver-
de a treccia di rame avente una
sezione minima di 10 mm2;
- rondelle R1, R2 e fascette F in
rame;
- se come punto di terra (PE) si
sceglie la carcassa metallica del-
la macchina, sulle superfici S di
contatto della carcassa con le ron-
delle R2 eliminare, prima di effet-
tuare il collegamento, ogni trac-
cia di vernice o altro materiale
isolante eventualmente presente.
Il collegamento dell'impianto di aspira-
zione polveri con l'impianto centralizzato
dell'utilizzatore, viene predisposto te-
nendo conto della composizione della
macchina. La tabella definisce le carat-
teristiche di ogni singolo gruppo.

Connection to the suction system
is essential for the machine
working; it is advisable to supply
the system with an alarm signalling
its failure and stopping the
machine at the same time.
To connect the machine to the
suction plant, use hoses made of
C
antistatic and self-decomposing
material, in order to prevent
electric discharges due to an
accumulation of static electricity
(the discharges could compromi-
se the right operation of the
electronic components on the
machine) and to avoid possible fire
to propagate. If hoses made of
non-antistatic material are used,
make sure they are at least
equipped with stiffening metal
core, and connect the core of each
hose to a neutral point (PE) having
care to respect the following
requirements (fig. 10):
- yellow/green copper strand wir-
ing cable having a minimum sec-
tion of 10 mm2;
- washers R1, R2 and copper
clamps F;
- if as a neutral point (PE) the metal
casing of the machine is chosen,
on the surfaces S of contact be-
tween the casing and washers R2,
eliminate any trace of paint or
whatever insulating material
before the connection is made.
The sanding dust extractor system
connection to the user centralized
system, has been adapted to the
machine structure. The following
table details the characteristics of
each unit.
