Problem
The image of samples on glass slide is blurry
The white balance button in BF mode is disabled.
Or the scale bar button is disabled.
The capture button is disabled
The Confluency check button is locked.
There is no red reference line in the image processed
by Confluency module.
The system cannot detect the USB disk.

Possible Cause/Solution
Possible cause: The cover glass side of the slide is facing the objective.
Solution: The glass slide must be positioned in a way that the cover glass side is facing the
condenser.
Possible cause: The camera is disconnected.
Solution: Restart the system or Start self-diagnosis then connect the Leica service.
Possible cause: The available space is below 2G.
Solution: Remove images to make sure at least 2G available space is left.

Possible cause: Confluency module is not purchased or not activated.
Solution: Purchase the additional confluency module from Leica and activate it in the system

Possible cause: The USB disk is incompatible with the system.
Solution: Use one of the recommended USB disks listed in Table 2 of "Technical Data" on page
