Problem
The microscope does not start after pressing the On/
Off button.
The live image is too dark

Possible Cause/Solution
Possible cause: No power supply.
Solution:
1. Ensure that the power outlet has power.
2. Check cable connections between:

microscope and power adapter
●
power adaptor and power cord
●
power cord and power outlet
Possible cause: Wrong aperture position
Solution:

In PH mode, adjust the aperture to the maximum.
●
In BF mode, make the aperture larger.

Possible cause: Too low light intensity
Solution: Adjust light intensity to make the image brighter.

Possible cause: Mismatch of the objective and phase turret position
