In PH mode, the system checks
whether the objective and phase turret
position match. If not, a warning message like
below appears.
3. Click "How to set contrast" to show the
on-screen instructions, by following
which you can correct the objective
or the phase turret position until the
warnings disappear and the error icon
turns from red to green, as shown in the
following screenshots.

Switching Objective
You can install up to 4 objectives on the
Mateo TL, and switch to any one of them
during experiment. The current objective in
use and the phase turret position are shown
at the bottom left corner of the screen. If
the objective and the phase turret position
don't match, the system prompts warning
messages to remind you to make corrections.
