• The following information about the inserted memory card is now displayed:
- "Total memory": Total size of the memory card
- "Used memory": Occupied memory (percentage)
- "Remaining memory": Available memory (percentage)
There are two memory display options: "MB" and "GB".
Originally 1 KB is exactly 1024 bytes (binary = 2^10). 1 MB is therefore 1024*1024=1048576 bytes (binary
= 2^20) etc.
For convenience, manufacturers of hard drives, USB sticks or memory cards now assume 1 KB
= 1000 bytes, just like 1 kilometre has exactly 1000 metres. 1 MB is therefore "only" 1 million bytes =
1000000 bytes.
However, the monitor/DVR assumes the exact specification (1 KB = 1024 bytes). A 4 GB SDHC memory
card is therefore displayed as 3814 MB (and not as 4000 MB).
• To go back one menu level or to exit the OSD menu, briefly press the "MENU" button (3, 31) on the monitor/DVR or
