10.3.14.6 MicroFlow
Use the "Metering delay" option to specify the time during which the metering monitoring
function is disabled when handling outgassing media to allow time for degassing the system.
Once the metering pause time has expired, the "Metering delay" is activated as soon as the
next metering is initiated (see chapter 10.3.14.5).
Example: Metering pause = 240 s, metering delay = 40 s
This example has a metering pause of 20 seconds during which metering is stopped. The
metering delay of 40 seconds is initiated with the next metering request during which the
metering monitoring of the

Use the "Calibration" option to newly calibrate the transducer during initial installation or when
changing the product.

IMPORTANT

On activating the "calibration" function, the values for min. conductivity (electrical connection
between the sensor pegs in the measuring sensor disrupted) und max. conductivity (electrical
connection) are determined.

10.3.15 Configuration / Batch

When activating batch mode with a signal to the metering lock/pulse input (plug II) (or at plug
VII if a dongle box is used) pin
defined quantity is metered with 100 % stroke frequency (assortment of inputs see chapter

The batch metering can be interrupted by deactivating the release (metering lock) or
switching off the pump.

The pump must be running and the metering medium must flow through the transducers
without any bubbles before starting the calibration process.
The pump must be calibrated before using batch metering
(see chapter: 10.4 "Calibration").
