You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-

Check whether your appliance is

Disconnect the appliance from the

power supply for approx. 5 seconds
and then reconnect it again.
Wait until the process has finished.

Tip: Leave the appliance connected to
the power supply.
Dry the touch display with a soft

cloth.
Clean the touch display.
