Crunchy peanut butter
Preparation
¡ Process the ground peanuts another two
times with the fine perforated disc.
¡ Add 10 ml peanut oil or vegetable oil for
every 100 g peanuts.
¡ Stir the mixture with a whisk until creamy.
¡ Enjoy the finished peanut butter spread
directly onto bread or use it as a season-
ing.
