300 ml water,
200 g dark chocolate
(at least 50% cocoa),
40 g honey or corn syrup,
peel from a small orange
Bring water with honey and grated
orange peel to boil. Add chocolate broken
into chunks, leave it to dissolve slowly, set
aside and leave to cool. Leave the sorbet
mixture to cool and prepare sorbet in the
ice cream maker.
