2. Clip sutures used to secure the lead and undo anchoring.
3. Disconnect the lead from the IPG or extension.
CauTioN: avoid damaging the lead when clipping sutures.
4. Remove the lead and revise the lead placement using the instructions in the
"Percutaneous Placement for Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)" section of
this addendum.
OR
Remove the lead and follow the instructions for "Component Disposal" in the
Precision SCS Clinician Manual.
