WARRANTY

Before being marketed,
appliances, are subjected to a thorough final
check that verifies the full functionality.
MECTRON warrants its products, purchased
new from a MECTRON dealer or importer,
against defects in material and workmanship
for a period of 2 (two) years for the device and
1 (ONE) YEAR for the handpiece, from the date
of purchase.
During the warranty
undertakes to repair (or, at its discretion, to
replace) the parts of products free of charge,
which, according to its judgement, are proven
to be defective. The assessments of MECTRON
for the validity or otherwise of the warranty,
can also take place on the basis of data
collected through the use of IoT technology.
Complete replacement of Mectron products is
excluded.
MECTRON disclaims all liability for direct or
indirect damage to persons or property, in the
following cases:
• the appliance is not used according to
the intended use for which it is provided;
• the appliance is not used in accordance
with all the instructions and
requirements described in this manual;
• the electrical system of the places where
the equipment is used do not comply
with the laws in force and the related
regulations;
• Assembly operations, extensions,
re-adjustments, modifications,
replacements and repairs are carried out
by personnel not authorised by Mectron
or in breach of what is provided in this
manual also in regard to the origin of
the authorised material;
• The environmental conditions for
preservation and storage of the device
are not complying with the requirements
indicated in Chapter 11 on page 61
• The installation or transport of the
appliance is not performed as specified
in this manual or in other documentation
provided by MECTRON, or in any case
available on the website of the latter;

• The appliance or component thereof is
purchased from a subject not authorised
by MECTRON;
• The appliance, including its
subcomponents, parts or assemblies, are
altered or modified with respect to the
indications in this manual;
• Accidents, misuse, abuse, abnormal use,
negligent use, intentional misconduct
or use exceeding the allowed and
recommended limits of the appliance,
or in case of its normal wear or
deterioration;
• If the defect or non-conformity
has not been promptly and readily
communicated in writing to MECTRON
as set out in this manual;
• If the damage, costs, or expenses are
caused by force majeure;
• The connection of the appliance has
been carried out at a voltage different
from the one envisaged, including
warning lights, knobs and all the
accessories.
In any case, MECTRON will not recognise
indemnity or compensation for loss of
use, inconvenience, loss of profits, loss of
business, loss of business opportunities,
damage to reputation, and any incidental
or consequential damages arising out of or
relating to the appliance.
