Manual Cleaning with Enzymatic Detergent and
Running Water
The following procedure must be carried out on the tank and cap of the device.
8.3.1
Preparation

Disconnect the tank from the machine
core unit (see
Chapter 7 on page 33

Unscrew the cap from the tank.
8.3.2
Required Materials
• Water;
NOTE: Do not use water with a temperature
higher than 60° C.
8.3.3
Cleaning Method
Thoroughly rinse the inside and outside
of both the tank and cap under running
water;
Clean the external and internal surfaces
of the tank and cap with a clean, soft,
low-lint cloth, dampened with a mild
detergent solution (pH 6-9);
Thoroughly rinse the inside and outside
of the tank and cap under running water
to eliminate all residue of the detergent
solution;

CAUTION: Do not sterilise the tank and

cap in an autoclave. They could be damaged.

• Demineralised water.
