Fitting the flange pursuant to DIN ISO 702-2 with camlock bolt

Flange pursuant to DIN ISO 702-2 with camlock bolt, see Optional ac-
cessory [} 77].
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the collet chuck and of the flange.
2. Place the flange with the external fit on the collet chuck and firmly
tighten with the holding screws (provisionally 5 Nm).
3. Tighten the flange with the specified tightening torque (see Checking
the Tightness of Screw Connections [} 87]).
4. Put machine into set-up mode.
5. Clean the fitting surfaces of the collet chuck and the machine spindle.
6. Check the fitting surfaces of the machine spindle for radial and axial
run-out.
7. Place the collet chuck in the correct position on the machine spindle.
8. Turn the clamping cams clockwise so that the camlock bolts are
clamped.
