ished and unmachined parts.
Inserting the collet
§ The collet chuck is in release position.
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the collet chuck and of the collet (2).
2. Place the collet (2) on a flat surface.
3. Push the pins of the changing device (1) into the change holes of the
collet (2).
4. Press the handle of the changing device (1).
Ø The handle must perceptibly lock into place.
5. Insert the collet (2) into the collet chuck in the correct position until the
coupling area of the collet (2) is behind the coupling of the collet
chuck.
