Cleaning with compressed air or a high-pressure cleaner is not permitted.
Lubrication of the collet chuck
Ÿ Brush the individual parts of the dismantled collet chuck with the recom-
mended or demonstrably equivalent lubricant (Röhm grease F 80).
ü The dismantled collet chuck is lubricated.
Assembly of the collet chuck
The collet chuck is assembled in reverse order. Installation parts which are
used several times must be mounted in the original position in accordance
with their signature. Tighten the fixing screws with the permissible tighten-
ing torque (see Checking the Tightness of Screw Connections [} 87]).

Functional test

After maintenance and repair work, radial and axial run-outs and the func-
tion must be checked.
