Le châssis repliable CRT est un châssis pouvant recevoir 12 éléments
semeurs NG+ pour des inter-rangs allant de 70 à 80cm (fig. 1, A).
(Pour semis de maïs, betterave, tournesol, colza...)
La partie centrale du semoir se compose d'un châssis double télescopique
alors que les 2 extremités reprennent le fonctionnement d'un châssis simple
télescopique.
Ainsi, au transport, l'ensemble ne dépasse pas les 3m.
(3m20 avec certains équipements)

- 12 rangs 80cm : repliage à 3m20
Il est équipé en standard de blocs roues avec boite de distances intégrée
pour chaques parties (fig. 1, B), de rayonneurs à commande hydraulique
(fig. 1, C).
Le châssis flottant au travail permet un parfait suivi du terrain (fig.3), les 4
blocs roues composant ce semoir permettent à la partie centrale et aux
extrémités d'assurer l'entrainement des distributions et de suivre le terrain.
En option, ce châssis peut être équipé de Microsem insecticide (fig. 4, D).

Der Klapprahmen CRT kann 12 Säelemente NG+ für Reihenabstände von
70 bis 80 cm (Abb. 1, A) für die Aussaat von Mais, Rüben, Sonnenblumen,
Raps, usw. aufnehmen.
Der Mittelteil der Sämaschine besteht aus einem Doppelteleskoprahmen,
während die 2 Endstücke wie ein Einfachteleskoprahmen funktionieren.
So ist die Einheit im Transport nicht breiter als 3m.

Die Sämaschine ist standardmäßig mit Radblöcken mit integrierten
Wechselradgetrieben für jeden Teil (Abb. 1, B) und mit hydraulisch
gesteuerten Spuranzeigern (Abb. 1, C) ausgestattet.
Der während der Arbeit schwimmende Rahmen ermöglicht eine perfekte
Anpassung an das Gelände (Abb. 3). Die 4 Radblöcke dieser Sämaschine
ermöglichen dem Mittelteil und den Endstücken, den Antrieb der
Verteilungselemente zu gewährleisten und dem Gelände zu folgen.
Optional, kann der Rahmen mit Microsem Insektizid (Abb. 4, D)
ausgestattet werden.

The CRT folding frame can accommodate 12 NG+ seed units for 70 – 80
cm row spacing (fig. 1, A).
(For maize, beetroot, sunflower and rape seeds)
The central section of the planter is made up of a telescopic double frame
whilst the 2 ends operate as a telescopic single frame.
In this way, when transported, the entire machine does not exceed 3m.

It is fitted as standard with wheel units with a built-in seed spacing gear box
for each section (fig. 1, B) and hydraulically operated furrowers
(fig. 1, C).
The floating frame, when in operation, allows the planter to closely follow
the contours of the land (fig. 3), the 4 wheel units on this planter allow the
central section and the ends to ensure the drive of the distribution units and
to follow the land.
As an optional extra, this frame can be fitted with Microsem insecticide
(fig. 4, D).

Het opklapbare frame CRT is n frame dat 12 zaai-elementen NG+ kan
ontvangen voor tussenrijen van 70 à 80 cm (fig. 1, A).
(Voor het zaaien van maïs, bieten, zonnebloem, koolzaad...)
Het centrale deel van de zaaier bestaat uit een dubbel telescopisch frame en
de 2 uiteinden werken als een enkelvoudig telescopisch frame.
Bij transport is het geheel niet langer dan 3 meter.

Het is standaard uitgerust met wielblokken met geïntegreerde afstandunit
voor alle delen (fig. 1, B) en met vorenpakkers met hydraulische bediening
(fig. 1, C).
Door het zwevende frame volgt men tijdens het werken het terrein op
perfecte wijze (fig. 3). De 4 wielblokken waaruit deze zaaier bestaat, maken
het het centrale deel en de uiteinden mogelijk de verdeling aan te drijven en
het terrein goed te volgen.
Dit frame kan optioneel worden uitgerust met Microsem insecticide (fig. 4,
D).
